Dangerous or Hazardous Items Policy
US Delivery and Logistics is not licensed and will not transport the following items. Please speak to our customer support personnel if there are any questions about your shipment prior to completing your order.
Should You or the Consignor nevertheless (whether knowingly or unknowingly) cause us or our contractors to handle Prohibited Articles, other than under special pre-arranged written agreement, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in connection with the parcel and/or shipment. However, you shall be liable for any and all loss or damage caused by or in connection with the said parcel/shipment. In addition, you shall indemnify us against all penalties, claims, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever arising in connection therewith and the parcel/shipment may be destroyed or otherwise dealt with in our sole discretion.

Explosives e.g.: Ammunition, Christmas crackers snaps, Fireworks, Fuses, Including weapons or replicas.
Radioactive Materials Toxic or Infectious Substances e.g.: Pesticides, Insecticides, Mercury, Poisons, etc. All Oxidizing Substances & Organic Peroxides e.g.: Bleach, etc. Corrosive Substances e.g.: All battery types, Corrosive cleaning fluids, Acids and Alkalis, Thermometers (mercury) etc. Miscellaneous Dangerous or Restricted Goods e.g.: Asbestos, Magnetized materials, Bulk Dry Ice (individual packages are ok), Self inflating life jackets, Alcoholic beverages, Tobacco products, Human corpses or Cremated human remains. Also, Parcels/Shipments that require us to obtain a federal, state or local license for their transportation, etc. |
